Terms of Service
Please read these short terms before using 易鏡 Yijing (the “Service”). By checking the boxes and casting, you accept them.
Version date: 2026-08-191. Nature of the Service
The Service is for I Ching cultural learning, personal reflection, and entertainment. It does not predict the future, guarantee outcomes, or make supernatural determinations. It is not medical, investment, legal, psychological, or other professional advice.
2. Eligibility and conduct
You must be legally able to use and pay for the Service where you live; minors need guardian consent. Do not submit unlawful, infringing, abusive content or another person’s sensitive data, and do not disrupt, reverse engineer, misuse, or resell the Service.
3. Your input
Check your question, category, coin results, and other input before casting and payment. Input errors, omissions, a change of mind, or failure to read a result are not grounds for a refund. Free readings do not use your free-text question.
4. Paid service and refunds
A deep interpretation is personalized digital content/an online service generated immediately from your question and casting and completed upon delivery. Before payment, you must request immediate performance and acknowledge that any statutory cooling-off period may not apply where permitted by law. Once generation or delivery begins, purchases are final except where law requires otherwise, a duplicate charge occurred, or the Service wholly failed to deliver for reasons attributable to us.
5. Free credits and promo codes
Credits and promo codes have no cash value and cannot be redeemed, resold, refunded, or exchanged for change. Codes included with a purchased bundle may be used by the buyer or shared as a gift without charge. Each expires after one completed deep reading.
6. Self-service
The Service does not provide general customer support, personal divination, input correction, or decision advice. This does not limit mandatory rights; use the Privacy page request form for data rights or legally required transaction matters.
7. Providers and availability
Third parties support sign-in, hosting, storage, payments, and deep analysis. Outages, networks, maintenance, or force majeure may delay access. We do not promise uninterrupted, permanent, immediate, or error-free operation.
8. Intellectual property
The software, design, and independently written content are protected. Except as permitted by law, you may not reproduce in bulk, republish, resell, or impersonate the Service without permission.
9. Liability
You remain responsible for actions taken or not taken after a reading. To the extent permitted by law, the Service is not liable for indirect or reliance-based losses. Rights and liabilities that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected.
10. Law and courts
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan). The Taiwan Taipei District Court is the agreed court of first instance, except where mandatory consumer or other law provides a different forum.
